Chicago Auto Show 2025
Welcome to 2025 we are barley over a month in and the year has welcomed me to new opportunities out the gate. If you couldn’t tell what the opportunity is being a part of the 2025 Chicago Auto show.
I am super grateful for the opportunity to have been a media partner for the Chicago Auto Show this year, This was a show as a kid I would frequent and has been a part of my continued love for cars. growing up in Chicago there isn’t much to do in the winter time so being able to go to the auto show was a reprieve from the harsh winter weather. I remember all the cool cars and activation’s as a kid and they still continue to this day. COVID had forced the Auto show to navigate a few tough years by scaling back its size and brand offerings but 2025 I will say there was a huge push to increase capacity, brands and offerings overall. there was large areas for the manufacturer to build out and to create activation’s. there was 2 electric car test tracks and a separate test track for gas powered vehicles.
What can you expect at this years auto show?
This year you can expect brand areas from Toyota, Ford, Chevy, Buick, GMC, Cadillic, Polestar,Nissan, Lexus, KIA, Volkswagen, BMW, Hyundai, Stellantis, Honda/Acura, Tesla, Rivian, Subaru, Overlanding Chicago, a Private Car club called Chitown Exotics, a selection of super cars from Perillo auto group, Mclaren Chicago, Gold Coast Lamborghini, A family zone, and more. There is plenty of snacks and food available, and tons of local parking as well.
My favorite areas were the Subaru area, the Bronco and Jeep experiences and the test drive areas. I will write a more in depth review of the Subaru area in a later post but trust me when I say you’re not going to want to miss that area. If you were on the fence about going to this years auto show don’t be just go to the show its a win win. At minimum you’ll get out of the house and away from being stir crazy from winter. The Auto show is much bigger and better than last year, but you be the judge of that.
